Webdesign for Håkan Lidbo Audio Industries

Håkan Lidbo Audio Industries asked me to help them with the site hakanlidbo.com. They wanted to collect all their releases and projects in one place on the web – that number is about 270+. We decided for a Wordpress base, with a pretty clean cut skin from Graph Paper Press. I stripped the skin down even further, took away all the functions related to blogging, modified part of the site behaviour and design.

This project quickly developed into a very dynamic and inspiring collaboration – Lidbo himself had already worked the concept out and came up with ideas for solutions I had come to think of myself.

The result is a dark, post apocalypse, clean cut, easy to use web site, with a Wordpress-backend called Dashboard, which could pretty mutch could be compared to a clash between a regular word processor like Microsoft Word and a Web 2.0 site/social media like Facebook. Of course it´s a bit tricky but I included a Wordpress workshop and continuing support for the assistants over at HLAI.
